Watch out for look-alike sites

A clone firm copies a real broker’s name, licence number and branding to take deposits. The register shows the genuine firm, so the surest check is the contact details: if the website, email or phone number you were given is not the one on the register, treat it as a clone. Leverage and margin
Leverage lets you open a position bigger than your deposit, so losses grow as fast as gains. The caps below are the most Markets4you allows; you can always use less. For comparison, strict regulators cap retail leverage at 1:30 on major pairs.
Leverage by asset class not yet checked. Headline retail leverage: Up to 1:4000.
100% on Classic accounts; 50% on Cent accountsWhen your equity falls to 100% on Classic accounts; 50% on Cent accounts of the margin your open trades use, you get a warning and usually cannot open new trades.
Stop-out
20% on Classic accounts; 10% on Cent accountsWhen your equity falls to 20% on Classic accounts; 10% on Cent accounts of your used margin, the platform starts closing your trades, usually the biggest loser first, until the level recovers.
No minimum deposit on any account, and cent accounts for very small trade sizes
Negative balance protection, and client money held separately from company money
Copy trading (Share4you) and PAMM accounts on top of MT4 and MT5
Watch out for
Only an offshore licence (BVI FSC); no FCA, ASIC, CySEC or similar licence
Says Trade4you International holds Mauritius FSC licence GB21026460; we could not confirm it on the FSC Mauritius register on 2026-10-20, because the register blocked our access
Leverage up to 1:4000 and stop-outs at 20% (10% on cent accounts) can wipe out an account fast

Overview
Markets4you is the new name of Forex4you, a broker that has used the same company since 2007. It offers MetaTrader 4 and 5, its own mobile app, PAMM accounts and a copy-trading service called Share4you. There are four live accounts: Classic Standard, Classic Pro, Cent Standard and Cent Pro. Cent accounts let you trade in units of 1,000 rather than 100,000, which suits very small positions.
Regulation and safety
The operating company is E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc., incorporated in the BVI under number 1384287. The BVI FSC register lists it as currently regulated for dealing as principal and for arranging deals in investments. Markets4you gives its licence number as SIBA/L/12/1027. The BVI is an offshore centre: oversight is lighter than in the UK or EU, and there is no compensation scheme like the FSCS.
The broker also says a Mauritius company, Trade4you International, holds FSC licence GB21026460. The FSC Mauritius register blocked our access on 20 October 2026, so we have not counted that licence. Markets4you says client money is kept apart from company money. Our regulation guide explains why the regulator matters, and you can check a broker yourself.
Costs
Classic Standard and Cent Standard quote spreads from 0.9 pips with no commission. Classic Pro and Cent Pro start from 0.1 pips plus $7 per lot (7 cents per cent lot). Markets4you publishes only these “from” figures, so check live spreads on a demo account. The trading costs guide shows how to compare spread and commission.
Platforms and tools
All accounts run on MT4 or MT5, and expert advisors are allowed. Share4you lets you copy other traders; copying does not reduce your risk. See MT4 vs MT5.
Deposits and withdrawals
Accounts are held in US dollars. E-wallet deposits run from $10 to $10,000 and are instant; local methods start at $25. Markets4you says most transfers carry no fee.
Who it may suit
Traders who want cent accounts and very small first deposits and who accept offshore regulation. Pick a low leverage setting, because the 1:4000 maximum and low stop-out levels can empty an account within minutes.
