Watch out for look-alike sites
We have not recorded any look-alike sites for Errante. That does not mean none exist.
A clone firm copies a real broker’s name, licence number and branding to take deposits. The register shows the genuine firm, so the surest check is the contact details: if the website, email or phone number you were given is not the one on the register, treat it as a clone. Leverage lets you open a position bigger than your deposit, so losses grow as fast as gains. The caps below are the most Errante allows; you can always use less.

Overview
Errante is an online broker offering CFDs on currencies, metals, energies, indices, shares and cryptocurrencies. It runs two websites. errante.eu belongs to Notely Trading Ltd, a Cyprus investment firm. errante.com belongs to Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd. The account types are Standard, Premium, VIP and Tailor Made, and the Standard account opens from $50.
Regulation and safety
We found Notely Trading Ltd on the CySEC register under licence 383/20, licensed since February 2020, with errante.eu as its approved domain. CySEC is a strict EU regulator: EU retail clients get leverage caps, negative balance protection and access to Cyprus’s Investor Compensation Fund.
Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd appears on the FSA Seychelles list of securities dealers with errante.com as its website. The list does not show licence numbers; Errante gives SD038. This is an offshore licence. It is the company you join if you sign up on errante.com from outside the EU, and it offers leverage up to 1:1000 on the Standard account. Errante’s own pages are not consistent here: its FAQ says 1:500, and leverage falls as your positions grow. Its terms do include negative balance protection and a 20% stop-out.
Errante says client money is kept apart from company money, and it holds a civil liability insurance policy of up to €1,000,000. Insurance of this kind does not replace a compensation scheme. Read our guide to forex broker regulation for what each layer covers, and check a broker before you deposit.
Costs
The Standard account has no commission and spreads from 1.5 pips. The Tailor Made account quotes spreads from 0.0 pips plus a commission, but the amount is not published. Errante does not publish typical spreads, so compare live quotes on a demo account. Dormant accounts pay $15 and then $5 a month after 150 days without activity. Our trading costs guide shows how to work out the cost of a trade.
Platforms and tools
You can trade on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader or TradingView. Errante also offers copy trading, MAM/PAMM accounts for money managers and a client portal app. Expert advisors are allowed. See MT4 vs MT5 for how the two MetaTrader versions differ.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits start at $50 by bank wire, card, e-wallet or cryptocurrency, and Errante says it charges no deposit fee. Withdrawals go back to the source of the deposit. The terms allow a withdrawal fee that depends on the method, and a fee of up to 5% if you withdraw without significant trading.
Who it may suit
Errante’s set-up suits EU residents who want a CySEC-licensed company and MetaTrader or cTrader, and traders elsewhere who accept an offshore licence in exchange for higher leverage. If you live outside the EU, remember that the protections come from the Seychelles company, not the Cyprus one.

Errante: common questions
Is Errante regulated?
Yes. Notely Trading Ltd, which runs errante.eu, is licensed by CySEC under licence 383/20. Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd, which runs errante.com, is listed by the FSA Seychelles as a licensed securities dealer and gives its licence number as SD038. The Seychelles licence is offshore and gives fewer protections than the Cyprus one.
Which company will I join?
If you live in the EU or EEA, Notely Trading Ltd in Cyprus. If you sign up on errante.com from outside the EU, Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd.
What is the minimum deposit?
$50 or €50 for the Standard account. Errante does not show the minimum deposits for its other accounts on the public account page.
Can I lose more than I deposit?
The Seychelles terms include negative balance protection, so losses are limited to the money in your account, unless Errante decides you have abused the policy. EU retail clients have the same protection under EU rules. Leverage still magnifies losses, and Errante's EU company says 49.38% of its retail CFD accounts lose money.
