Contact us

Report an error, send a correction to a broker profile, or ask about press and partnerships. We read every email.

There is no contact form on this site. Email is the only way to reach us, which means we do not collect anything about you beyond what you choose to send. See our privacy policy.

Report an error

If you find a mistake in an article, lesson, tool or the glossary, please tell us. It helps if you include:

  • the address of the page;
  • the sentence, figure or calculation you think is wrong;
  • what you think it should say, and a source if you have one.

We check every report. If we got it wrong, we fix it and, where the mistake mattered, add a correction note. Our editorial policy explains how.

Broker profile corrections

Our broker profiles are only useful if they are right. If a licence, company name, fee, account detail or domain is wrong or out of date, email us with evidence we can check, such as:

  • a link to the entry on the regulator's public register;
  • a link to the broker's own fee schedule, account terms or legal documents;
  • for a clone website, the address of the fake site and where you came across it.

Brokers are welcome to send corrections too, on the same terms: we change facts when the evidence supports it, and we record every change, with its date, in the profile's change log. We do not remove accurate facts on request. See how we review brokers.

Press and partnerships

For press enquiries or to discuss a partnership, email us with a short note about who you are and what you have in mind. Partnerships never buy editorial coverage, a better profile or a place on a list. Our advertising disclosure explains how sponsored placements work.

What we cannot help with

  • Personal financial advice. We cannot tell you whether to trade, which broker to use, or what to do with your money. For that, speak to an independent adviser authorised by your country's financial regulator.
  • Trade ideas or signals. We do not give them, by email or anywhere else.
  • Recovering lost money. We cannot investigate a broker or get money back for you. If you think you have dealt with a scam or an unregulated firm, contact your country's financial regulator and the police, and use our check a broker guide to see where the firm is registered. Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to recover lost funds for a fee: these "recovery" offers are a common second scam.
  • Account problems with a broker. Raise them with the broker first, then with its complaints service or ombudsman if the broker is regulated.
