Watch out for look-alike sites
We have not recorded any look-alike sites for ePlanet Brokers. That does not mean none exist.
A clone firm copies a real broker’s name, licence number and branding to take deposits. The register shows the genuine firm, so the surest check is the contact details: if the website, email or phone number you were given is not the one on the register, treat it as a clone. Leverage and margin
Leverage lets you open a position bigger than your deposit, so losses grow as fast as gains. The caps below are the most ePlanet Brokers allows; you can always use less. For comparison, strict regulators cap retail leverage at 1:30 on major pairs.
Leverage by asset class not yet checked. Headline retail leverage: Up to 1:500.
100%When your equity falls to 100% of the margin your open trades use, you get a warning and usually cannot open new trades.
Stop-out
50% (Zero, Gold); 40% (ECN); 30% (Elite)When your equity falls to 50% (Zero, Gold); 40% (ECN); 30% (Elite) of your used margin, the platform starts closing your trades, usually the biggest loser first, until the level recovers.
Margin level = equity ÷ used margin × 100. Without negative balance protection, a fast market can gap past the stop-out and leave you owing money. Work out your margin level

Watch out for
The User Agreement is with Eplanet Brokers Ltd, a Comoros-registered company, not the Vanuatu licensee; the website does not say which clients the Vanuatu company serves
The website links to a Mwali (MISA) record for Eplanet Brokers Ltd but quotes no licence number; we could not open MISA's register on 2026-10-20 to check it.
The risk warning says you can lose more than your deposit, and we found no negative balance protection or client money segregation commitment

Overview
ePlanet Brokers offers CFDs on forex, gold and metals, shares, indices and energy on MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. It says it has grown mainly in the Middle East and North Africa. There are four accounts: Zero, ECN, Gold (for XAU/USD) and Elite. The website is run by Eplanet Brokers Ltd, an International Business Company registered in Fomboni, Comoros, under number HY00923038.
Regulation and safety
ePlanet names two companies. Nebula Ventures Ltd, incorporated in Vanuatu under company number 700819, appears on the VFSC’s financial dealers licensee list as active, licensed on 10 July 2025. Vanuatu is an offshore jurisdiction with no compensation scheme.
The other company, Eplanet Brokers Ltd, is the one named in the User Agreement, with an address in Podgorica, Montenegro, and Comoros law governing the contract. ePlanet’s regulation page links to a Mwali (MISA) record for it but quotes no licence number, and we could not open MISA’s register to check. In practice, your contract is with a company for which we could confirm no licence. Ask which company will hold your money before you deposit, and read our guide to forex broker regulation and broker scams.
Costs
Spreads are quoted in points; with five-digit pricing, 10 points make 1 pip. The Zero account has no commission and spreads from 9 points (0.9 pips). ECN charges $5 a lot with spreads from 6 points, and Gold $8 a lot from 0 points. Elite starts at 0 points. ePlanet does not publish typical spreads, so compare live quotes on a demo account. See our trading costs guide.
Platforms and tools
MetaTrader 5 and cTrader are available on desktop, web and mobile, and both support automated trading. ePlanet also offers copy trading and a calculator and economic calendar on its website. See MT4 vs MT5 for how MetaTrader 5 compares with MT4.
Deposits and withdrawals
The public deposit table lists only crypto: USDT on TRC20, TRX, BTC, ETH and BNB, processed automatically with no fee from ePlanet. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so a payment sent to the wrong network may be lost. Withdrawal methods and limits are shown in the client portal.
Who it may suit
The account structure suits small-account traders who already use MT5 or cTrader and are comfortable funding with crypto. You give up strong regulatory protection, negative balance protection and a compensation scheme.
