Watch out for look-alike sites
We have not recorded any look-alike sites for CapitalXtend. That does not mean none exist.
A clone firm copies a real broker’s name, licence number and branding to take deposits. The register shows the genuine firm, so the surest check is the contact details: if the website, email or phone number you were given is not the one on the register, treat it as a clone. Leverage and margin
Leverage lets you open a position bigger than your deposit, so losses grow as fast as gains. The caps below are the most CapitalXtend allows; you can always use less.

Capitalxtend (Mauritius) LLC is on the FSC Mauritius register as an investment dealer (SEC-2.1B), licensed since 15 June 2023
Low entry point, with a Standard account from $12
Publishes margin call and stop-out levels for every account
Watch out for
The client agreement is with the St Vincent company (CapitalXtend Limited / CapitalXtend LLC); St Vincent registration is a company registration, not a licence to offer trading
Says it holds a Kazakhstan accreditation (file 36-0-12/5/ЮЛ-C-265); we could not confirm it on a Kazakhstan regulator's register on 2026-10-20
Unlimited leverage on major pairs and metals, with a 10% stop-out on most accounts, so a small move can wipe out the balance
The client agreement lets the company pool client money in one omnibus account and pass it to third parties such as brokers or payment providers
Overview
CapitalXtend is a forex and CFD brand that offers MetaTrader 4 and 5, four live accounts and copy trading. Its website says it is part of a group called XGroup. The trading brand belongs to Capitalxtend Limited Liability Company, registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Regulation and safety
The FSC Mauritius register lists Capitalxtend (Mauritius) LLC with an SEC-2.1B investment dealer licence dated 15 June 2023. The register does not show licence numbers; CapitalXtend gives GB23201599. The client agreement, though, is “entered by and between CAPITALXTEND LIMITED” and the client. It names the Mauritius company only in a passage about a Cyprus payment agent. So you may be a client of the St Vincent company, not of the Mauritius licensee.
St Vincent and the Grenadines registers companies but does not license forex brokers. CapitalXtend also mentions a Kazakhstan accreditation for payment, forex and crypto services, which we could not check on a regulator’s register. It is a member of the Financial Commission, a private dispute body that is not a government compensation scheme. The site also advertises “$1M fund insurance”; we have not seen the policy terms. The client agreement says client money is segregated, but may be pooled in one account and placed with third parties. Our broker regulation guide explains the difference.
Costs
Standard has no commission and spreads from 2.0 pips. ECN quotes from 1.2 pips. Pro-ECN quotes from 0.0 pips plus $3 per side ($6 a round lot). These are minimums; typical spreads are not published. See forex trading costs.

Standard and Platinum use MetaTrader 4. ECN and Pro-ECN offer MT4 or MT5, and share CFDs are on MT5 only. Copy trading and a forex VPS are available. See MT4 vs MT5.
Deposits and withdrawals
You can deposit by USDT (TRC20), Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, local transfer and online banking, with no commission. Card withdrawals cost $2.50. Bank transfer withdrawals have no commission and take up to 72 hours.
Who it may suit
The low minimums suit someone testing a live account with a small sum. Unlimited leverage and a 10% stop-out make losses fast and large, so this set-up is high risk for beginners. Read the client agreement first, and use our check a broker page.
