Client protection

Regulation and entities

Your protection depends on which company holds your account, and that depends on where you live. Each row is one licensed company. What regulation means

Regulation not yet checked. Do not deposit until you have found the licence on a regulator’s register.

No register to check: we could not find this firm on a regulator’s public register. A licence you cannot look up gives you no protection you can rely on. How to check a licence

Websites

Official websites

  • ayamarkets.com
  • my.ayamarkets.com

Type the address yourself or use a bookmark. Check it matches the website listed for the firm on the regulator’s register.

Watch out for look-alike sites

We have not recorded any look-alike sites for AYA Markets. That does not mean none exist.

A clone firm copies a real broker’s name, licence number and branding to take deposits. The register shows the genuine firm, so the surest check is the contact details: if the website, email or phone number you were given is not the one on the register, treat it as a clone. Leverage and margin

Leverage lets you open a position bigger than your deposit, so losses grow as fast as gains. The caps below are the most AYA Markets allows; you can always use less. For comparison, strict regulators cap retail leverage at 1:30 on major pairs.

Features

Strengths

  • The customer agreement says client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from the company's own money
  • No deposit or withdrawal fees from AYA Markets, with deposits from $10
  • MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, on desktop, web and mobile
  • On MT5, maximum leverage falls in steps as your equity grows, from 1:1000 down to 1:100

Watch out for

  • Says AYA Markets (Comoros) Ltd holds MISA licence T2023263; we could not confirm it on MISA's register on 2026-10-29 (the register blocked automated access with a bot check).
  • The account page lists negative balance protection, but we did not find it in the customer agreement, and the risk disclosure says you could lose more than your initial investment
  • Commission on the Pro and Raw accounts is charged per side ($4 and $8 per lot each way, so $8 and $16 per round lot), and a 3% withdrawal charge can apply if you withdraw without trading
  • The 25% welcome bonus is trading credit that cannot be withdrawn and disappears with any withdrawal; dormant accounts pay $5 a month after six months

Overview

AYA Markets offers CFDs on forex, indices, metals, energies, cryptocurrencies, shares and ETFs through MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. The company behind it is AYA Markets (Comoros) Ltd, registered in Comoros with registration number HY00423002. It has three accounts, AYA Zero, AYA Pro and AYA Raw, all held in US dollars. The website is available in Persian and several other languages.

Regulation and safety

The website says AYA Markets (Comoros) Ltd is licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) as an International Brokerage and Clearing House, licence T2023263. We tried to check it on MISA’s register on 2026-10-29, but the register sits behind a bot check that blocked our access, so we could not confirm it. Even if confirmed, a MISA licence gives the lowest level of protection and has no compensation scheme.

The customer agreement says client money is held in segregated accounts in the company’s name. The account page lists negative balance protection, but the risk disclosure says you could lose more than your initial investment, and the agreement does not mention the protection. The agreement also says the company has no duty to make margin calls, and it can cancel profits it links to abuse of bonuses or swap-free accounts. Our guide to forex broker regulation explains what a licence does and does not cover, and our broker check shows what to look for.

Costs

AYA Zero charges no forex commission, with spreads from 1.7 pips on EUR/USD. AYA Pro starts at 0.9 pips with $4 per lot per side, and AYA Raw starts at 0.0 pips with $8 per lot per side. Other asset classes are charged a percentage of volume traded, from 0.1% to 0.9%. Only minimum spreads are published, not typical ones. Dormant accounts with money in them pay $5 a month after six months without trading. Compare the full cost with our trading costs guide.

Platforms and tools

MetaTrader 5 and cTrader run on Windows, Mac, the web and mobile, and both support automated trading. On MT5 an account starts at 1:100 leverage. Leverage on forex and gold then depends on your equity: 1:1000 below $1,000, stepping down to 1:100 above $40,000. Stop-out is at 80%. See MT4 vs MT5.

AYA Markets also has membership tiers for clients who deposit $5,000 or more, with live sessions and a Telegram analysis channel run by its Persian-language “ATT Persian Trading Team”. Treat that as market commentary, not personal advice.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits go in by cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum), TC Pay, card or Apple Pay, from $10. AYA Markets says it charges no deposit or withdrawal fees and processes withdrawals within 24 hours on business days. The agreement still allows a 3% charge if you withdraw without trading since your last deposit. The 25% welcome bonus cannot be withdrawn and is removed when you make any withdrawal.

Who it may suit

The set-up suits traders who want MT5 or cTrader with very high leverage, mainly funded by cryptocurrency, and who accept that no licence could be confirmed. If you want a regulator you can check and a compensation scheme, this structure does not provide them.
