Watch out for look-alike sites
We have not recorded any look-alike sites for DeltaFX. That does not mean none exist.
A clone firm copies a real broker’s name, licence number and branding to take deposits. The register shows the genuine firm, so the surest check is the contact details: if the website, email or phone number you were given is not the one on the register, treat it as a clone. Leverage and margin
Leverage lets you open a position bigger than your deposit, so losses grow as fast as gains. The caps below are the most DeltaFX allows; you can always use less. For comparison, strict regulators cap retail leverage at 1:30 on major pairs.
Leverage by asset class not yet checked. Headline retail leverage: 1:1000.
100%When your equity falls to 100% of the margin your open trades use, you get a warning and usually cannot open new trades.
Stop-out
20% or 40%, depending on the accountWhen your equity falls to 20% or 40%, depending on the account of your used margin, the platform starts closing your trades, usually the biggest loser first, until the level recovers.
Margin level = equity ÷ used margin × 100. Without negative balance protection, a fast market can gap past the stop-out and leave you owing money. Work out your margin level

Watch out for
Not listed as regulated here: its Anjouan (AOFA) licence L16182/DFX shows as active on AOFA's own register, but the Central Bank of the Comoros has said AOFA is not recognised and cannot issue financial licences.
Its only licence is from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA). On 8 December 2025 the Central Bank of the Comoros said AOFA is not recognised in the Union of the Comoros and has no legal power to issue financial licences.
AOFA's verification page lists company number 16183 (DeltaFX's site says 16182), incorporation on 20 October 2025 and a licence end date of 20 October 2026.
Commission rates on the commission-based accounts are not published on the account pages
Leverage up to 1:1000 and no published negative balance protection
Overview
DeltaFX is a MetaTrader 4 and 5 broker that serves mainly Persian-speaking traders, with support in Persian around the clock and local rial deposits. Its website says the brand dates from 2002 and that it has offices in London and Dubai. It offers five USD accounts with leverage of up to 1:1000, copy trading, bonuses and an introducing-broker programme.
Regulation and safety
DeltaFX’s regulation page names one licence: L16182/DFX from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) in the Union of the Comoros. The verification page it links to showed the licence as active when we checked on 20 October 2026. That page lists company number 16183, while DeltaFX gives 16182, and it shows an incorporation date of 20 October 2025 and a licence end date of 20 October 2026.
On 8 December 2025 the Central Bank of the Comoros published a notice naming the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority and its website, saying it is not recognised in the Union of the Comoros and has no legal power to issue financial licences. The bank also said no forex brokerage licence has been issued in the country. The site’s history page mentions a BVI company registration; a company registration is not a licence.
There is no compensation scheme and no published policy on segregated client money or negative balance protection. Read our guide to forex broker regulation and run a broker check before you deposit.
Costs
DeltaBasic has no commission and floating spreads from 0.6 pips. DeltaFix has fixed spreads from 2 pips. DeltaECN and DeltaPremium quote from 0.0 pips, and DeltaMaster from 0.6 pips, all with a commission. The account pages say only “Yes” for commission and do not give the amount, so you cannot work out the cost per lot in advance. The trading costs guide shows how to measure it on a demo.
Platforms and tools
MetaTrader 4 and 5 are available, along with a copy-trading system. Expert Advisors work on every account except DeltaFix. See MT4 vs MT5.
Deposits and withdrawals
DeltaFX lists local rial bank transfer, USDT on TRC20 and BEP20, TopChange and ZPay. Rial deposits are checked by hand. Withdrawals are processed only during set morning hours, Iran time, and must go to an account in your own name.
Who it may suit
The set-up is aimed at Persian-speaking traders who want local-currency funding and high leverage, and who accept that the only licence comes from an offshore body. If you want a regulator with real enforcement powers, read our guide to forex broker scams first.

DeltaFX: common questions
Is DeltaFX regulated?
DeltaFX holds licence L16182/DFX from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA), and AOFA's verification page showed it as active on 20 October 2026. AOFA is an offshore body: the Central Bank of the Comoros has said it is not recognised in the Union of the Comoros. DeltaFX has no licence from a strict regulator such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC.
Which company will I join?
The company named on the licence, Deltafx, with AOFA company number 16183. DeltaFX's own pages also mention a BVI company registration (1632163); that is a company registration, not a licence.
What is the minimum deposit?
$50 for DeltaBasic, DeltaECN and DeltaMaster, $200 for DeltaFix and $10,000 for DeltaPremium. Later deposits start at $10.
Can I lose more than I deposit?
DeltaFX does not publish a negative balance protection policy. Positions are closed at a 20% or 40% margin level depending on the account, but fast markets can push losses past your balance. Leverage of up to 1:1000 magnifies losses.
